About the Presenter:
Dr. Lu is currently a third-year resident at the Brown Medical School ophthalmology program. She was born in Shanghai, China and immigrated with her family to the United States at age 11. Her education background consists of an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a medical degree from University of Vermont – College of Medicine. She completed her internship training at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is looking forward to starting fellowship training in cornea and anterior segment surgery at University of California, San Diego / Shiley Eye Center in July 2006.
