Dr Arundhati Borthakur

Dr Arundhati Borthakur Presently working as a Consultant in Cornea & Anterior Segment, Lasik Laser Eye Care Centre, 2nd Floor Orion Tower, G.S. Road, Guwahati-781005. She did her M.S in Ophthalmology in 1998 from Guwahati Medical College and then did her Fellowship in Cornea & Anterior Segment from L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad in 2000. Her area of interest is Infectious Keratitis, Penetrating Keratoplasty, Cataract Surgery, Refractive Surgery and Contact Lens. She had international publications and presentations on the topics of her interest as below

Contact Lens related Keratitis at The Annual Meet Of The Cornea Surgeons 2000,at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.

Tear Film status following myopic LASIK at International Conference on Ophthalmic Update at Ooty 11-13th May 2001.

Quality of vision following LASIK at the annual meet of the Indian Eye Research Group (IERG) at L.V.Prasad Eye Institute,Hyderabad on the 19th - 20th January, 2002.

Invited speaker at the 3rd Scientific Meet of The Asia-Pacific Society for Cornea and Refractive Surgeons Hyderabad on the 31st January-2nd February2002 on Tear Film Dysfunction Following LASIK.

Predictability of corneal thickness by the Hansatome microkeratome at the 3rd Scientific Meet of The Asia-Pacific Society for Cornea and Refractive Surgeons Hyderabad on the 31st January-2nd February 2002.
